THS Concepts started at a kitchen table in Leigh-on-Sea in 2013 and is still based here today. Essex projects make up a big part of our work, from extensions and new homes to the coast, the ports and one of the county’s nuclear power stations.
Being local means we can usually get to site quickly, return easily if anything needs checking, and plan coastal and foreshore work around the tides.
