Promote Sustainable Design Choices: Where within our brief or influence, encourage clients and other design team members to specify environmentally friendly products, systems, and materials.
Take Direct Responsibility: Where we have delegated authority or discretion, positively specify the use of sustainable and renewable materials and systems.
Contractor Collaboration: Promote awareness among contractors and encourage their participation in environmentally responsible working practices on projects.
Materials and Waste: Ensure that materials are re-used where feasible; where re-use is not possible, we will promote recycling. New materials will be selected from renewable sources wherever practical.
