Lines and levels for external works
Roads, kerbs and drainage depend on getting both the line and the level right. A drainage run laid to the wrong fall can mean digging it up again. We set out alignments, levels, manholes and inverts from your design, with offset pegs and level information the groundworkers can work to.
As-built records
When drainage, kerb lines and paths are complete, we survey them and issue as-built drawings showing positions and levels, including cover and invert levels, for the client’s records.
Starting from the survey
If we carried out the original topographical survey, the control stations are already on site and the existing levels are already in the model, which makes setting out faster and more reliable.

Do you provide levels for drainage falls?
Yes. Invert levels and falls are set out from the design so pipes are laid to the correct gradient. Our gradient calculator explains how falls are worked out.
