Measured surveys for London projects

Most London projects start with an existing building: a terraced house to extend, a flat to reconfigure, offices to fit out or a listed building to refurbish. A measured building survey gives your design team accurate drawings of what is there now, so the design and planning drawings start from fact, not from old plans.

We capture the building with 3D laser scanners, so every wall, opening and level is measured, not estimated. The point cloud is then drawn up in CAD by our in-house team.

We recently approached THS Concepts to carry out a level survey of the screed to the ground floor of a large residential property we were Project Managing. The property was undergoing extensions and refurbishment work. We had a tight timescale to receive the information, and THS Concepts delivered quickly and efficiently to meet our deadline. This is the second time we have used them and would highly recommend.
