A title plan is a small-scale drawing depicting the ownership of a registered title, produced in order to support the property description. All registered titles must be Land Registry-compliant and accompanied by a title plan to correctly define the freehold boundaries of a site, as well as easements, covenants and other references.
We can visit your property and undertake an accurate survey of boundaries and buildings to establish the existing locations of these items. After the survey, we’ll provide your title plan drawings in both PDF and printed A4/A3 format.

We offer our fixed price lease plans in London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent. If you are outside these areas please get in touch for a customised quote.
Due to the nature of title plan work we can’t give a set price as it depends on a number of factors:

- How big is the area of land?
- How far away is the site?

We can often offer quick drawing turnaround on title plans. Typically we return drawings within 3 working days of the survey or start date.
If you have a project that requires multiple surveys or something slightly more complicated, please get in touch and we will customise a quote for you.
Whilst it is always best for us to undertake a survey, sometimes we can work from existing plans. At the very least we require a scale bar or dimension in order for us to miximise the plan accuracy.
Examples of usable plans include Architects drawings (if you’ve recently renovated or built the property), old but good quality lease plans and occasionally Estate Agent’s plans.
