A title plan is a small-scale drawing depicting the ownership of a registered title, produced in order to support the property description. All registered titles must be Land Registry-compliant and accompanied by a title plan to correctly define the freehold boundaries of a site, as well as easements, covenants and other references.
We can visit your property and undertake an accurate survey of boundaries and buildings to establish the existing locations of these items. After the survey, we’ll provide your title plan drawings in both PDF and printed A4/A3 format.

Your Title Plan drawings or surveys are produced quickly; we usually return all drawings within 3 working days. If you require any revisions, then these are undertaken promptly and for free.
We work alongside solicitors and legal professionals, our specialist team ensure the title plans drawings produced match important legal documents and comply with Land Registry requirements.
We can use existing plans to produce your drawings. However, if they are poor quality or don’t exist we can undertake an accurate site survey to pick everything up the required details for your drawings.
We have found that when working with solicitors, they frequently learn details about properties that necessitate small revisions to the title plans. In these situations, we make all modifications and amendments at no additional cost.
