Before Construction
Quotation
We typically respond with a quote to your request within 1 working day. The setup, removal, and subsequent weekly charge for the vibration devices are all included in the fixed-rate quote.
Report - Proposal
If you haven't already got any details from your Structural Engineer, then we can produce a free outline vibration monitoring specification document for approval by your contractors.
Vibration Scheme Setup
Our experienced surveyors visit your site to install and set up your monitoring scheme. We set up the devices and can advise on optimal positions to place the points whilst on site.
Report - Post Setup
Following the initial setup, we issue you with a thorough report describing important details of the setup, this vibration monitoring locations and details.
During Construction
24 Hour Monitoring
Our vibration monitoring sensors monitor and record vibration in real-time. The hubs' quick data transmission back to our server enables you to conduct an accurate situational analysis.
Automated Alerts & Data Hub
We provide a web link so you can easily monitor each location once all of your vibration monitoring points have been installed. We also establish vibration limits that notify you via email or SMS when something has gone beyond its bounds.
Maintainance & Decommisioning
We also maintain the sensors by replacing batteries and performing other ongoing checks as part of our weekly fee. We come back to the site after your project is finished to remove the devices.
